Steps to Link YouTube and other Videos to the Gallery
Components -> YouTubeGallery
Decide if you like existing Categories or wish to create a new one. Presently categories are for administration only and do not appear on site. If you wish to add a new Category select Categories, Click +NEW and enter a new Category name... Save and Close
Next... create or edit a video list. Choose Video Lists
Click +NEW
Choose Category, Enter Name (IMPORTANT: This name will be used for module and article later! Be consistent!
In another window... go to YouTube or other approved site in the list on the right... select your video... copy the URL... Paste in the Video List
Repeat this as many times as you wish to have Videos associated with this one gallery
Save and Close
Next... you must create a corresponding Module
Extensions -> Module Manager
Click +New
Select Youtube Gallery Module from the list
Enter the same name as the Video List in the Title field!
On the right hand column... under Basic Options...
Choose the same name from the Video List selection box
Choose Simple Grid from the Theme selection box
Save and Close
Next... you must create a corresponding Article
Content -> Article Manager
Click +NEW
Again... Enter the same name as the Video List in the Title field!
Under Category locate and select --Videos
In the description area place the word module followed by the Video List Name between cury brackets. Here is an example:
Save and Close
Clear Cache
Done
