Type: 2014 USBA Tour B and C Tournaments

Entry $120.00 for B players (0.550 to 0.699 average)

Fees: $80.00 for C players (0.549 and below)
The tournament will be limited to the first 24 players paid. All entries
must be paid by Wednesday, July 23 unless special arrangements
are made.

Entry fees listed are for current USBA members in good standing. Non-members
must pay an additional $25.00 fee to the USBA to play in this tournament only or
$50.00 for an annual membership. (You can also sign up as a USBA member on
the website: usba.net.)

There will be a $10 per person deduction from the entry fees for the USBA and a
$10 deduction per person for the Ashland Elks Lodge. All the rest of the entry
fees will be paid to the B and C Division winners based on the number of entries
we get for each division, supplemented by all donations to the event and
matching funds from the USBA. Prize payouts in 2012 totaled around $6,500 and
around $8,000 in 2013.

Format: Tournament format will be determined by the number of players who
sign up in each division. In 2012, there was a single round robin for
all 12 B players and for the 16 C players, there were two round robin
prelims of 8 players each with a final for the top 3 players in each of
those two flights. In 2013, there were three prelim flights each for B
players and C players with separate B and C finals. If enough C+
players sign up (averaging between 0.400 and 0.549), there may be
separate flights for C and C+ players. Or we may have mixed prelim
flights of B and C players with separate B and C finals.

There will be a players' meeting on Friday, July 25, at 9:30 am, and
tournament play will begin immediately after the meeting.

Tournament Details:
Six Gabriels Elements carom tables will be used in this tournament, the same
ones that were used in the 2012 USBA Nationals.

All official USBA tournament rules will apply.

Rankings will be based on Win/Loss Record, Total Points Scored, and then Head
to Head; further ties broken by Total Points Scored Against.

Tournament Attire: appropriate casual wear. (Ties or vests NOT required.)

Prior to each event an email will be sent out, information will be posted in the call and a notice will be placed on the bulletin board with all pertinent information including Start Time, Fees, Etc.
