Tournament Information

The qualifying tournament is open to USBA members who are in good standing with the USBA, the CPB, and the UMB.

Venue:   Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino, 3700 W Flamingo Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89103

 Entry Fee $150.00 (register and pay via the USBA webpage, USBA-carom.org)

FORMAT

    32 Players (Maximum)

    8 Groups of 4 Players

    Round Robin

    30 Point Matches
    Equalizing Inning without penalties
    2 Match Points for a win
   1 Match Point for each player in case of a tied match

   Playing schedule for groups of 4 players:

   • 1 – 4 and 2 – 3
   • Winner 1 – 4 vs winner 2 – 3 and loser 1 – 4 vs loser 2 – 3
   • Remaining matches

Ranking in the Groups is based on:

    Match Points

    Average

    1^st High Run

    2^nd High Run

1 player from each of the 8 Groups will qualify for the World Cup tournament.

The 8 qualifiers will have their LVWC entry fee paid.

PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR THE FEBRUARY 23 QUALIFIER

REGISTRATION IS ON FIRST COME BASIS

THE REGISTRATION PERIOD BEGINS AT 12 NOON EASTERN STANDARD TIME ON SATURDAY, JANUARY 07, 2023. REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE WHEN THE 32 SPOTS ARE FILLED.

REGISTRATION MUST BE DONE VIA THE USBA WEBSITE: THE REGISTRATION LINK WILL BE POSTED ON JANUARY 07 AT 12:00 NOON
