USBA Endorsed Handicap 3-Cushion Tournament USBA Membership Not Required Sunday July 7, 2013 (Players' Meeting: 11am) "Just show up between 10am and 11am" at Edgie's Billiards, Milpitas, CA (See address and contact information below!) Entry Fee: $60, CASH ONLY, payable at Players' Meeting. This includes $10 USBA endorsement fee, lunch, and all green fees. Payout: (based on 12 players) Handicaps: This is an Edgie's Handicap Tournament and will not follow the new USBA Handicap Guidelines. . Handicap assigned to each player will be up to Tournament Director. Eligibility: Warm body. Rules: USBA rules apply. Dress Code: None. Averages: Will be kept. Format: Based on 12 players: 2 groups of 6; 1st in each group play for 1st and 2nd place; 2nd in each group play for 3rd and 4th. Exact format determined after number of players is known.
