Hard Times Billiards in Bellflower, California will host a USBA National Qualifying Tournament. The room has been home to many great USBA events over the years. The qualifying tournament has been organized by Daniel Busch of POVPool who has been the official live-stream provider to the USBA. The 3-Cushion National Championship event is scheduled to return to the fabulous Casino Del Sol resort in Tucson Arizona from June 6-11, 2017. The Hard Times Billiards qualifier will take place May 6-7, 2017. See below for more details.

Mazin Shooni is truly amazing! Besides being a former USBA National Champion and one of the best players in the country, he runs a fantastic billiard room in Malden Massachusetts. And with all that he still finds time to serve as president of the USBA. Now Mazin has come up with a truly amazing tournament format for a USBA Tour Open event that will be held May 19-21, 2017 at his very own Amazin Billiards. Current and 3-time USBA National Champion Hugo Patino and 8-time USBA National Champion Pedro Piedrabuena have been selected to represent the Confederacion Panamericana de Billar (CPB) and the United States in the upcoming World Games. The event is scheduled to take place in Wroclaw, Poland July 20-30, 2017. This is the first time the United States has qualified to participate in this event.

Europa Billiards in Boynton Beach, Florida will host a USBA National Qualifying Tournament. The room owned by Carlos Ramos has four Jimar Europa tables.The 3-Cushion National Championship event is scheduled to return to the fabulous Casino Del Sol resort in Tucson Arizona from June 6-11, 2017..
