The quickest way to get new players to play the game of 3-Cushion is to reach out to pool players.
On Sunday April 27, 2014 The Rack, in Memphis, TN held their 4th annual 3-Cushion Shot contest. A $20 entry fee secured your chance to win $250 and included lunch & free table time during the event. Paul Frankel, Professor-Q-Ball organizaed the event and served as tournament director.

2014 Tournament is filled with both "Repeats" and "Firsts"
The 2014 USBA National Three-Cushion Championship was (once again!) won by Pedro Piedrabuena. For Piedrabuena this is his seventh championship and fourth in a row. And along with his repeat performance as champion, several firsts for both Pedro and the National event itself were realized.

And... UMB Ranks Piedrabuena 24th in World Rankings!
Pedro Piedrabuena, seven-time US Champion, was ranked Number 1 in the offical rankings of the CPB for April 2014. The CPB (Confederación Panamericana de Billar) is the governing body for three cushion billiards in the Amercas. Piedrabuena's ranking is a result of his winning his second Pan American Championship in June 2013.
