3RD ANNUAL PARKER HESS MEMORIAL
USBA “Endorsed” B/C 3-Cushion Billiard Tournament
When: Friday, Saturday, Sunday – April 29 through May 1, 2016

Entry Fee:$75.00 for current USBA members, $80.00 for non-members
The tournament will be limited to the first 28 players paid. All entries must be paid by Friday, April 22 unless special arrangements are made with the tournament directors.
There will be a $5 per member or $10 per non-member deduction from the entry fees for the USBA, plus a $10 deduction per person for the Ashland Elks Lodge. To confirm your USBA membership status, please mail a photocopy of your current membership card or other proof of membership with your entry check, or bring your membership card with you to the tournament. Anyone who cannot document their membership will be charged the non-member tournament fee. (You can sign up in advance for a USBA membership on the website: usba.net, or you can fill out a paper application available at the tournament and we can send in your application and membership fee for you.)
All the rest of the entry fees will be paid to the B and C+ and C Division winners based on the number of entries we get for each division. (In other words, there will be separate prize funds for each level, divided completely among the winners at that level.) Additional donations to the prize funds are always welcome, and are in some cases matched by funds from the USBA.
